Three brothers, one standard.
UBL Group was founded in 2018 by brothers Umberto, Gianmarco, and Stefano Lopardo, who grew up working on home renovations alongside their father. Today the three run every project together — sales, design, estimating, and the build itself — for homeowners across Toronto and the GTA.
On every UBL project, an owner is on site, completing or overseeing the work at UBL standards. The firm carries $2M in liability coverage, is WSIB covered, is a Landscape Ontario member, and backs its work with a one-year warranty, extendable to three.
Umberto Lopardo
Sales · Operations · Lead Hand
The eldest of the three, Umberto leads sales and operations and works as lead hand on site. He graduated from Brock University in 2019 in Concurrent Education and completed the Landscape Design program at Humber College.
Gianmarco Lopardo
Estimating · Financials · Foreman
Gianmarco handles estimating and the company’s financials and runs crews as foreman. He graduated from Queen’s University in 2020 in Life Sciences and completed the Buildings & Renovation program at George Brown College.
Stefano Lopardo
Sales · Marketing · Operations
The youngest brother, Stefano works across sales, marketing, and operations. He graduated from McGill University in 2024 in Civil Engineering.
